The Drama Town is located on Northwest Street, Huichang County, Ganzhou City, covering an area of 128.3 acres with a total construction area of 70000 square meters. The Huichang County Party Committee, County Government, and Mr. Lai Shengchuan are working together to create a drama town, with an international "drama cultural highland, drama industry base, and drama life community" as the planning positioning. We will develop an international Huichang drama season, create a youthful drama talent gathering area, and build a market-oriented Hakka life aesthetics area.

The town takes "drama" as the theme and revolves around four levels of "watching, learning, acting, and acting". The preliminary planning includes drama cultural performance activities, cultural salons, drama related cultural industries, derivative research and development, drama education and training, Hakka cultural exhibition halls, non heritage cultural and creative experiences, as well as supporting specialty catering, leisure and entertainment, themed homestays, and other business products.
